I ordered a camp trunk for my daughter. Although I thought the prices seemed a little high, the colors and designs of the trunks and reviews of them made me give them a shot. Our trunk arrived as scheduled, but OH NO...it was damaged in transit (seems to be no fault of the company - hey, it happens!) I called ESC and explained the situation and that my camper left for camp in 3 days! Anita in Customer Service was a total pro. She got UPS to pick up the damaged trunk and had another one shipped out immediately in time for camp. The trunks are very sturdy, beautiful and perfect for camp or even as a bedroom trunk. At a time when companies seems to be shooting for nothing but quantity and seem lack basic customer service skills, this company was exceptional and worth every penny. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!
